Christmas in Centreville

When we think of Christmas, we usually have the picture of a peaceful, silent night, where all is calm and all is bright. But what if the first Christmas wasn’t as perfect as we’ve always imagined it to be, nothing like what we’d expect to see on the Hallmark Channel? What if it was messy, dysfunctional and uncertain? If God could make something beautiful out of the mess of the first Christmas, then He can make something beautiful out of our messy lives today. Join us for our new message series starting on December 9 called Christmas For the Rest of Us.

Here is what's happening in December and you are invited to join in the fun each week!

Every Sunday we have coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and donuts waiting for you before and after the services and groups, and for the month of December there will be Christmas music, beautiful decorations, and a corner where you can get a special Christmas memory picture taken of you and your friends or family. Check out what else is happening:

December 2 –Snow will be falling indoors during the morning for our kids, students and our services! A special treat during our services will be the kids’ choir singing a couple songs for us as a hint of what’s ahead that evening as they present We Three Spies.

December 9 –Join us for the kick off of our Christmas For The Rest of Us message series at 9:15 or 10:45 am!
For fun, wear your "ugly" Christmas sweater!

December 16 – As the kids come and go from the parking lot they will want to hop on the Holiday Express Train

December 23 – Christmas is just two days away and we will be celebrating with lots of Christmas music and more indoor snow! Leave time for the kids to have fun on the huge Frozen inflatable!
Note that adult and student community groups will not meet this day, but kids in grades K-6 will have a blast at a special event just for them! Nursery and regular groups will be open for younger children.
