CBC is led by a diverse group of men and women who provide critical leadership in a variety of roles for our church family as we seek to make a difference in Northern Virginia and around the world for Jesus Christ.

We are elder-guided.  We have a body of elders that oversee the overall direction of the church.  Their job is to keep us pointed toward our mission, to keep us in line with God's Word, and to ensure that the church body is pastored and cared for.  The elders work with the pastors and staff to provide the broad direction forward into the future.  Meet the elders

We are staff-led.  CBC has church staff that takes the overall direction and boundaries set by the elders and turns that into specific plans of action.  The staff at CBC serve to recruit, train and equip our church body to make a difference in our world.

We are partner-driven.  At our core, we are driven by our church partners, those who share our vision and are committed to partner with us to make a difference in our church, in our community, and in our world.  CLICK HERE to learn how to partner with CBC to make a difference in our world.

Cindy Hall

Executive Director of Ministry Operations

Cindy grew up in a Christian home locally in Fairfax. As a 7th grader on her first youth retreat, she recognized the need for her relationship with Christ to become personal, so she asked Jesus into her heart as Lord and Savior. Cindy's two sons grew up at CBC, are married to wonderful godly women, and now each have a child of their own.

After living a short time in St. Louis, Cindy and her young family returned to Northern Virginia in 1992. Soon afterward, Cindy began ministry alongside other women who sought God’s direction and vision for a Women’s Ministry here at CBC. For the majority of the next two decades, Cindy served as Director of Women’s Ministry here at CBC. Cindy has a passion and giftedness for developing and equipping teams and loves using them to grow ministries, as well as to help people in our church family use their gifts, passion, and life experiences as part of the body of Christ. In 2012, Cindy began serving on staff in Operations and Administration. That service has evolved into her current role as Executive Director of Ministry Operations
