FamilyLife’s Art of Parenting in Connections
Art of Parenting: Aiming your Childs Heart Towards God, led by Larry and Debbie Brickwedde, Tom and Kathy Howe. We can help parents make faith the core of their parenting with intentional, biblical teaching and Christ-centered plans. Parents gain renewed confidence, fresh insights on parenting children of different ages, and a parenting plan unique to each child's personality and gifting. Books available in class for $10

Eight sessions lead us through the letter of 2 Corinthians, exploring the anchoring truths of bearing treasures in jars of clay, meeting Christ through a pressing thorn, opening wide your heart in the midst of hurtful relationships, and what it means to embrace the lost and lonely as ministers of the new
covenant.

FPU Legacy Journey Course (DVD study)
September 11– October 23 in Room B4
In The Legacy Journey (7 Session course), Dave Ramsey takes a deep dive into God’s word, revealing the truth on money, wealth and how to build your personal and family legacy. This is an advanced course for graduates of FPU or similar course. There is a limit of 10 couples/individuals so register now with Charlie & Nancy Moore at . Kits are $60 per family.

Prayer Life in the Room off Main Foyer
Led by members of the CBC Prayer Ministry Team
Join other believers for a time of mid-week corporate prayer. Our focus will be on intercessory prayer, but we will also worship and have a scripture focus with a short devotional. All are welcome!

Lay Counseling Training Course/Growing in Grace:
Facilitated by John Kerns and Team in Room B3
This course is designed for those individuals interested in serving as a lay counselor at CBC, or for those who want to be better equipped to minister with individuals God brings across their life path. Some of the topics included are your identity in Christ, surrender, and forgiveness. This class is the first requirement towards serving as a lay counselor. For more information contact, .

Freedom Group in Room B5
Led by Josh Daffern
The journey to freedom is one you can start on your own but one that you can only finish together with other believers. Freedom Groups are designed to help you with your experience and maintain the freedom you were created for. The curriculum is the Ten Steps to Freedom and a Devotional Guide authored by our Lead Pastor, Josh Daffern.
